FLORAL ARRANGEMENT POLICY
Order Accuracy:
- In the rare event that the delivered flower arrangement does not match the specifications of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the arrangement.
- We will promptly address any discrepancies and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.
Damaged Floral Deliveries:
- While we strive to deliver every arrangement in perfect condition, if your flowers arrive damaged, please contact us immediately.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged arrangement and packaging within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
- We will either replace the damaged item or issue a refund back to the original payment method, depending on your preference.
Order Changes and Cancellation Policy:
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed and prepared for delivery.
- If you need to make changes to an order, please contact us immediately with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note we cannot guarantee all order changes.
- If you need to change a delivery address, please contact us immediately.
OBJECTS/HOME DÉCOR REFUND POLICY
- Please ensure that returned items are unused and in their original condition. Damaged or soiled items may not be accepted for return.
- Object returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase date.
- Full refunds are available within 10 days of the delivery date. For refunds requested after 10 days of delivery date, you will receive a store credit.
- All returns must include a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns made without a RMA will incur a 20% restocking charge.
- You can request your RMA by emailing us or it can be accessed through your account page.
- A refund or credit will be issued for the purchase price only. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
- Clearance items and specialty orders are final-sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges:
- We recommend returning your item for store credit or a refund and purchasing the new item separately.
- Our standard return policy applies, and shipping for the replacement item is complimentary.
Refunds:
- Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable, except for damaged or defective merchandise.
- Refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 3-9 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
